KCDC Genesis KCDC's founding philosophy is to work with the community to understand its needs. In establishing KCDC's charter, KCDC first met with Kishapu villagers in May of 2007 to hear their priorities for improving the community. Following this meeting John Shoka and Dan Will discussed the possibility of helping the villagers meet their challenges. It was suggested that a non profit organization be formed to realize that goal.
